i should update but i don’t know how much i can manage right now. My grandma’s been dying this past week, or has she been? Not really sure of the answer at this point. Needless to say it’s been a stressful week and missed most of the week of work.

Yesterday was pretty exciting/interesting. I was running on very little sleep and was hungover. It involved going to the bar around 6 ish, going to a party, going to another party – but only briefly as that led to a 1:45 am road trip out to Sandy Hook (Gimli). We were very unprepared so there are no pics and Kayli had no pants. We got beer, drove out all singing (yelling) to chumbawumba, got there it was freezing, found a bunch of sweaters and jackets put them on and adventured out to the beach. We threw rocks in the “water” aka ice and it made the most amazing sounds. The sky was clear and the stars were amazing. It was pretty amazing. I needed it too. I had really wanted to get out of the city yesterday and I am so glad everything kind of just fell into place.

UPDATE: he messaged me. I understand his position and can’t be mad. I am relieved. I was just worried I wouldn’t hear from him at all. I told him he owes me. He said he’ll think of something.

Is 24 too old to go on Easter Egg hunts? Well I am still 23 for 2 more days and yes my brother and I went on an easter egg hunt this morning! I havent been home for Easter for 5 years and usually my brother and his gf are the ones my mum makes go on a hunt lol. Bah I just want tomorrow to be over!! 2 days to my birthday!!!!!!

i think i shall tidy up a bit and then put on some sweats and get comfy and watch a bad movie. Ya, mmm maybe I’ll put on the sweats now. blast some tunage. I am soooo hooked on the new Julie Doiron – I can wonder what you did with your day. It’s just so fitting for me at this moment in time. love it!

went to see Aventureland tonight. It was super cute and I enjoyed it a lot. It was a good balance of funny and serious and cuteness. I also liked how the preview did not give the plot away. I give it 4 out of 5. oh and the music was really good.
